Returns & Exchanges

At Vapekit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vapekit account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
